The non-profit association 2o46. e.V. exists since January 2010 and runs a self organised studio and a community space (Projectspace, art space, music venue etc.). Initially, the studios and project space were located at Glogauer Straße in Berlin Kreuzberg. In 2015, the association moved into the industrial building of a former chocolate factory at Teilestraße, Berlin-Tempelhof. There, a gutted area of the factory floor was rented and developed collectively until 2016. The premises, occupied by the association 2o46 e.V., now house workspaces for over 30 artists, a community space, a mobile ceramics workshop and a roof garden. Under the cloak of 2o46 e.V. gather various names that we use for our place among others Teile and Studio2o46.
